Referees
The Referee is the SOLE arbitrator of the game and is not affiliated with SCOR. His/her duties and powers are specific with respect to the points of play. All decisions made by the Referee are final so far as the result of the game is concerned. Any feedback of refereeing should be made in writing or by email to:

Referee Assignments
If you are a USSF certified Referee and would like to receive Referee and/or Assistant Referee assignments, contact Beth Meagher at scorref@comcast.net, the Referee Assignor contracted by SCOR. Ask to be put on the Referee Assignors assignment list. Email your weekly availability to the same address starting Sunday and no later than Tuesday of each week. Let the assignor know if you would like a referee mentor.
Certification/ Recertification License
Annual classes for certification or recertification will be listed at www.ctreferee.org. SCOR does not provide certification, referee exams or clinics. USSF Grade Level 8 Referees must be 13 years by June 30 and can work House, Academy and Travel games given the appropriate level of experience.
