We want to ensure that our young athletes are ready to perform at their highest level!
Our pro soccer coaches are here to teach our athletes the technical and tactical parts of the game such as passing, shooting, foot skills, ball control, and field awareness. Now with the introduction of our new Strength and Conditioning coaches, Katrina Cook and Ryan Melahn, our young athletes will have the opportunity to successfully learn and perform these soccer specific skills with a greater game-like intensity.
Our Strength and Conditioning program focuses on endurance, agility, strength, speed, power, and decreasing the likelihood of injury for our athletes.
We are able to give young athletes a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. Through our combination of functional resistance training and recovery methods, our athletes get more insights as to where they can improve and how to prepare for the next level.
Homework assignments will be used to further improve the fitness of participants by taking the learned exercises home to train independently. Progress in the categories of agility, strength and endurance will be noticeable for those participants that demonstrate a full commitment as expected by the training staff.
